This past weekend saw the filming completed for the pilot of a new TV series in the making, for which we are providing choreography and stunt-doubling for a host of parkour action scenes. Dan and Blane had a great time on set for this first outing, and the show has a very good cast and crew behind it so should be something quite special. We can't give out any details on the show itself, but suffice it to say that you might want to be keeping an eye out for the hooded man on the rooftops of London... Monday 19th of April 2010

Reminder: Women's Jam this Sunday A reminder that this Sunday, April 11th, sees our monthly Women's Jam happening at the Vauxhall training location. The jam meets outside the Royal Vauxhall Tavern pub (on Goding St) at midday - it's next to the station but from the tube you will have to cross under the underpass to see it. For those of you that are new to the jams, they are free and relaxed training sessions for women only (though we regularly have a few male/female instructors kicking around for extra tips and advice). They usually last around 3-5hrs and are a great environment in which to train and share tips with like-minded ladies and have a laugh in the process! The jams are not structured classes, but there are always people around for training ideas if you get stuck so come down and jump in. Saturday 10th of April 2010

Some 6 months ago our good friend and traceur from Japan, Naoki Ishiyama, broke his back in a freak accident while training in the UK. An incredible response from the community followed, raising thousands of pounds via the website to help with his treatment and rehabilitation, and Naoki quickly became one of the most recognisable and well-loved practitioners in the world. Now, only 6 months on and following major surgery, he is astounding everyone with his incredible progress - already able to move and train again, this latest video shows just how quickly the human body can recover given the right motivation, discipline and willpower. Simple awesome. Click here to watch the video. Wednesday 07th of April 2010
